What is Touch for Health?
Touch for Health (TFH) is a system of kinesiology that uses muscle monitoring as a biofeedback method to assess and address stress in the body. It aims to balance the body's energy, improving comfort, vitality, and overall well-being. Originating in 1973, TFH is one of the most widely used forms of kinesiology globally, and it has been practiced in over 100 countries.
TFH works by detecting areas of stress in the body through muscle testing and balancing the energy related to posture, emotions, and physical health. It is not intended to diagnose or treat specific diseases, but rather to complement other healthcare approaches, promoting the body’s natural healing processes.
A key component of Touch for Health is its focus on self-responsibility, encouraging individuals to take an active role in their health and well-being. By empowering clients with self-care techniques such as exercises, nutrition, and stress management, TFH fosters a holistic approach to health.
Anyone can learn Touch for Health, even without prior knowledge of anatomy or kinesiology. Workshops provide hands-on training, making it accessible for both personal use and professional integration in health practices. With continued practice, TFH can help individuals achieve optimal wellness and enhance the body’s capacity for self-healing.

GEMS Flow 2026
Gems Flow will be offered after each round of Touch for Health, but you may choose to take it anytime after completing Touch for Health Levels 1-4.
GEMS Flow: Streamlined Kinesiology for Practitioners and Students
GEMS Flow is a user-friendly system that simplifies the process of identifying and addressing priority stressors through an intuitive flow chart. Rooted in the Touch for Health (TFH) synthesis, GEMS empowers practitioners to seamlessly navigate between modalities and integrate their full body of knowledge for efficient, effective balancing.
Designed as both a practical tool and a stepping stone, GEMS also serves as an ideal bridge to more advanced Specialized Kinesiology courses like SIPS, LEAP, and Brain Integration. It equips students with foundational techniques—such as finger modes, scan sheets, indicator muscle use, and information stacking—that are essential for success in these higher-level trainings but are not covered in TFH.
What You’ll Learn:
Proper use of hand modes and stacking techniques
Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine elements
Skills to identify and address core issues efficiently
Integration of diverse modalities into a cohesive practice
Hands-on demonstrations for real-world application
